Literaturas e Culturas Galega e Portuguesa e Literatura MedievalAbstract:
This project studies different manifestations in which our everyday experiences and poetic expressions are mixed up. It is divided in two parts: in the first one, the concept of everyday poetry and the way socio-political change influenced this new literary conception will be analysed. The second part is a study of a representative selection of different literary expressions and its main authors. In this second part, as well as analysing the main topics, there will be a case study of the work of several authors who illustrate said topics. In order to create a body of work, the artists will be selected on the basis of their having included their everyday activities in their work in order to achieve an aesthetical experience since the arrival of democracy to the Galician and Portuguese world. Among the people that could be specifically analysed, and who have still not been systematically studied from the point of view of everyday aesthetics are, for example: Ana Luísa Amaral, Manuel de Freitas, Lupe Gómez, Ana Hatherly, Adília Lopes, Lois Pereiro, Alfonso Pexegueiro, Alberto Pimenta, Antón Reixa, José Saramago or Iolanda Zúñiga.Program:
