Abstract:
Considering the fact that an actor or actress must start their task of character creation with a body and voice training that will make their transformation easier, the general aim of this research is to study and to look for practical solutions that ease the transition from the moment a thespian starts their voice training until they speak their lines, and to do it right. Other specific aims derive from this one. (A) To study the positive influence on the character development of a previous physical and vocal training by the thespian. (B) To value the vocal score as a necessary means to make the character creation easier from a vocal point of view, starting from a certain time and text. (C) To consider the importance of prosody in Galician within the production of the vocal score. (D) To investigate the relationship between training and the creation of the vocal score. At the same time, a model of text analysis is proposed, starting from paradigmatic texts of contemporary Galician dramatic literature.
